Copyright and Upload Rules

Music, lyrics, recordings, performances, and online uses may involve reproduction and public transmission rights. Users may not upload unauthorized commercial songs, covers, adaptations, samples, instrumentals, vocals, lyrics, or any content that may infringe third-party rights.

Uploaders must confirm their work is original, AI-generated, and lawfully usable
No unauthorized vocals, melodies, lyrics, samples, or recordings
Non-commercial use is not automatically exempt
AIPOGER may request proof of authorization when needed

Removal and Enforcement

If AIPOGER receives a rights-holder notice, reasonably suspects infringement, or identifies a policy violation, the platform may restrict public access, remove content, suspend account functions, preserve records, or cooperate with lawful procedures.

Potentially infringing music may be removed
Repeat violations may lead to service restrictions
Rights holders should provide content URLs and proof of rights
